Pocket Rocket fanbase

Pocket Rocket is based in North London. Formed by old friends Toby Burton and Michael Wilson, in 2007 they drafted in ex-Demented-Are-Go guitarist Lex Taylor, and ex-Fairground Workers' drummer Nigel Edginton-Vigus on drums, to complete the line-up.

Gig cancellation

Unfortunately, the December gig at the Edinburgh Cellars has been cancelled due to the promoter having financial troubles. Oh, well, onward and upward! More gigs will be announced very soon!

We have grown!

The 35mm are pleased to announce a new addition to our happy throng. Peter Courtney has joined the band, he brings his skill on the saxophone, as well as being able to back up Justin on keyboards. Welcome to the madhouse, Pete!

The 35mm are playing an 'unplugged' gig (or as close as we can get to it!), on Wednesday 19th August at The Rocket pub, Churchfield Road, W3, starting at about 9.00 pm. Why not come along and watch us try to suppress our wild exuberant tendencies!

Unfortunately, the 35mm's gig at the Grand Junction Arms pub this weekend has been cancelled by the landlord, as he said there would not be many people there. We will update this site when a gig is forthcoming.

Upcoming gigs

The 35mm are playing the following gigs in the near future;-

27 September - The Red Lion, Blewbury, Oxfordshire, 1.00 pm.

15 October - Benefit gig for Merlin's Magic Wand, Poole, Dorset, 8.00 pm

11 December - Edinburgh Cellars, Newington Green Road, Islington - start time 7.00 pm
This gig is part of the promotion for the new film 'Journey Into Darkness'
